When visiting Body Align Studio for the first time, clients will need to fill out a standard COVID-19 Questionnaire. It is extremely important to us that you continue practice safe measures before and during your appointment at Body Align Studio in order to help mitigate the risk of spreading COVID-19. Body Align Studio is also doing its part in sanitizing between sessions.

Before you visit:

• Avoid contact with anyone who is being evaluated or has tested positive for COVID-19.

• If unvaccinated, do not travel, or be in close contact with anyone who has traveled outside of the PA within the last two weeks.

• If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

 

Upon arrival:

• Please come fully dressed and ready to start your session.

• Please wear socks.

• If you are unvaccinated, please wear a mask that fully covers your nose and mouth that will stay in place for the duration of your session.

• Wash hands in restroom or use the provided hand sanitizer.
